The Holiday Fair in the Square used to run in the downtown Toronto at Nathan Phillips Square, but changed its location to Assembly Park in 2021, and eventually moved to Mel Lastman Square in 2023. It's a European-style Christmas market and carnival that offers plenty of entertainment as well as artisan crafts, Christmas presents, delicious snacks, and warm drinks at the Jackson Triggs Polar Point Bar. Additionally, there is a Holly Jolly Midway, Santa and elves encounters, and skating on the illuminated Nathan Phillips Square rink.
The Holiday Fair in the Square combines elegance with the excitement of a vibrant winter carnival. The Fair is open from Tuesday to Thursday, 4:00 pm—9:00 pm and from Friday to Sunday, 12:00 pm—10:00 pm. It is closed on Mondays.
