The annual Tampa Bay Comic Convention gathers the fans of TV shows and films at the Tampa Convention Center for a fun-filled weekend in late July. This year's festival dates are August 23-25.
Festival Highlights
The main highlights of the celebration are a cosplay contest and panel programming. Still, the event also caters to versatile interests, covering comic books, Star Wars, Star Trek, games, magazines, anime, manga, and whatnot. In addition, this family-friendly affair features celebrity guests, autograph sessions, photo ops, and national vendors.
Convention Schedule
The Panel programming hours are as follows: Friday from 12 pm to 10 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. Free panel programming is available to all attendees throughout these hours, regardless of ticket type. Vendor floor hours are 12:30 pm to 7 pm on Friday, 10:30 am to 7 pm on Saturday, and 10:30 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

This year’s celebrity guest lineup features Billy Dee Williams, Ross Marquand, Mary McDonnell, Robert Patrick, Catherine Tate, Zachary Levi, Charlie Cox, Emmanuelle Vaugier, Tom Cavanagh, John de Lancie, Tom Welling, Katie Cassidy, Priscilla Presley, David Hayter, John Schneider, and many more. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet comic creators, authors, artists, and content creators.

Admission to Tampa Bay Comic Con can be purchased on the festival's official website, offering a range of ticket options to suit different preferences. Attendees can buy day passes, granting them access to all free panel programming, the vendor floor, celebrity row, and photo ops for the entire day. These passes are priced at $35 for Friday and Sunday, and $50 for Saturday. Additionally, children aged 10 and under enjoy free entry when accompanied by an adult pass holder.
