The bucolic hills in the Chianti region are abundant in vineyards. One is able to experience its rural life on a tour which involves the participants in grape harvesting. Florence grape harvest season peaks between late August and early October. In addition to farming activities, the trip naturally includes wine tasting, often some light lunch and even a complimentary gift. Such an active excursion is designed to last for 5 hours.

Children under 5 years old are asked to be left at home, as this trip might be too strenuous for them. Participants themselves are advised to wear comfortable clothes. Harvesting tools are included in the price.
