Every summer, West Tulsa Airpark hosts the beautiful Tulsa International Balloon Festival. The five-day event features hot air balloon launches, balloon rides, and a balloon glow. Moreover, there's a large carnival, food vendors, and plenty of entertainment for the whole family.
Get ready to be amazed by the sunrise and sunset balloon launches, taking place at 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. The sight of about 50 balloons taking off in the skies over Tulsa will be one to remember. Another must-see is the night glow, taking place every night of the festival at 8 pm.
Unlimited carnival rides are available, and plenty of fair-style treats, like corndogs or turkey legs, as well as live entertainment. Concerts on six stages will keep everyone happy with music, ranging from soft rock to country and blues. Tulsa Balloon Festival is a great summer fun event for all ages, whether flying in a balloon or just watching from the ground.
