Das Polyphonic Song Festival 2024 in Korsika

Seit 1989 ist dieses interessante A-Capella-Festival ein Symbol für Korsikas einzigartiges Kulturerbe und nationale Wiedergeburt. Polyphone Tradition

The first mentions of polyphony in Corsica date back to the 12th century. These are two or more different melodies sung simultaneously. On the island, songs are performed a cappella and may include lullabies, funeral songs, and hymns.
