Festival des orchidées au Kew Gardens 2025 à Londres

Chaque année à la fin février Kew Gardensň Le Conservatoire de la princesse de Galles organise un festival d'orchidées incroyable. Il dispose d'un grand affichage de fleurs ainsi que des occasions de découvrir le nom des orchidées, leur conservation, et comment s'occuper des fleurs à la maison.

Chaque année, le festival a un thème différent. Quand le thème était la Thaïlande, il avait l'artisanat thaïlandais, un palais d'orchidées, des parapluies et un chariot thaïlandais de l'ambassade thaïlandaise à Londres en exposition. La cuisine thaïlandaise et les spectacles musicaux ont complété l'image pendant le week-end. Un riz paddy et un paysage thaïlandais assis à côté de l'exposition florale.

Le festival des orchidées se tient au Kew Gardens pendant quatre semaines et attire les visiteurs avec des dessins créatifs et des expositions florales colorées dans la serre tropicale. Découvrez un tunnel Vanda lumineux orné de fleurs et trois arches avec des orchidées suspendues.

With 3,000 species of orchids, many found nowhere else on Earth, Peru is a dazzling showcase of life and color. The glasshouse will become a miniature version of this extraordinary country, offering a sensory feast for all to enjoy.

Guests can also experience after-hours events, where the glasshouse comes alive after dark with performances by London-based artists celebrating the vibrant music and culture of Peru.

Orchids Festival is held at Kew Gardens for four weeks, attracting visitors with creative designs and colorful floral displays in the tropical glasshouse. In 2025, the event will take place from February 1 to March 2.

To attend the Orchid Festival at Kew Gardens, visitors must purchase a Kew Gardens Day Admission ticket and reserve a specific time slot for entry to the festival. During the peak season, general admission for adults, including a donation, is £24.50 at the gate on weekdays and £22 when purchased online. For children aged 4–15, tickets are £5.50 online and £7 at the gate.

The Princess of Wales Conservatory is a captivating glass labyrinth with ten computer-controlled climate zones, guiding visitors through a variety of intriguing ecosystems.
