Imerja-se em uma celebração da beleza e da natureza no paraíso tropical! Cada ano no final de fevereiro Kew GardensÏ Princess of Wales Conservatory realiza incrível Festival de Orquídeas. Possui uma grande exposição de flores, bem como oportunidades para descobrir sobre a nomeação de orquídeas, sua preservação, e como cuidar das flores em casa.

Todos os anos o festival tem um tema diferente. Quando o tema era Tailândia tinha artesanato tailandês, um palácio de orquídeas, guarda-chuvas e um carrinho tailandês da embaixada da Tailândia em Londres em exibição. Comida tailandesa e performances musicais completaram a imagem durante o fim de semana. Um arroz paddy e paisagem tailandesa sentaram-se ao lado da exposição floral.

O Festival de Orquídeas é realizado em Kew Gardens durante quatro semanas atraindo visitantes com desenhos criativos e coloridos exposições florais na estufa tropical. Confira um túnel Vanda brilhante adornado com flores e três arcos com orquídeas penduradas.

With 3,000 species of orchids, many found nowhere else on Earth, Peru is a dazzling showcase of life and color. The glasshouse will become a miniature version of this extraordinary country, offering a sensory feast for all to enjoy.

Guests can also experience after-hours events, where the glasshouse comes alive after dark with performances by London-based artists celebrating the vibrant music and culture of Peru.

Orchids Festival is held at Kew Gardens for four weeks, attracting visitors with creative designs and colorful floral displays in the tropical glasshouse. In 2025, the event will take place from February 1 to March 2.

To attend the Orchid Festival at Kew Gardens, visitors must purchase a Kew Gardens Day Admission ticket and reserve a specific time slot for entry to the festival. During the peak season, general admission for adults, including a donation, is £24.50 at the gate on weekdays and £22 when purchased online. For children aged 4–15, tickets are £5.50 online and £7 at the gate.

The Princess of Wales Conservatory is a captivating glass labyrinth with ten computer-controlled climate zones, guiding visitors through a variety of intriguing ecosystems. Around every corner lies a discovery. Visitors can journey through the arid landscapes of spiky cacti and succulents in the dry tropics before stepping into the lush, humid zones bursting with tropical orchids and vibrant bromeliads.
