Frappe is known all around the globe, but not everyone knows about its roots. It was accidentally created during the International Thessaloniki Fair and immediately appreciated by its audience. Dimitris Vakondios, the father of this remarkable refresher, added ice to a classic coffee and made quite an impact on locals.
