The climate of London depends largely on Atlantic fronts changing one another and bringing either cloudiness and fogs, or rains and showers, and sometimes a bit of sunshine.

Summer is not hot, but it’s a bit warmer in London than in many other areas of the UK. June is a bit cool, but at least it’s sunny as this month gets maximum daylight and sun. On average there are seven hours of sunshine per day. Rains are frequent as always. There is one rainy day out of four. Sometimes hot air fronts from the south of Europe reach London, raising the temperature to 30 °C for a few days.
