With 55 workshops by 45 Teachers, Maine YogaFest (MYF) is a great way to experience a variety of practices for advanced yogis and novices. Located in the beautiful setting by Casco Bay in Portland, Maine, the festival provides lots of positive time for body and soul, live music, vendors, giveaways, promotions, and a perfect community for a relaxing weekend. Organizers encourage green living practices in the community by promoting recycling and discouraging wastefulness in a beautiful natural setting of Maine.
Maine YogaFest features workshops taught by local and regional teachers on yoga and wellness covering a wide range of yoga styles and techniques. After classes, there is a Night Social with live music and food and CEU Opportunities.
The festival's Vendor Village features booths by local craftsmen, body and energy workers, artists, and food vendors. The outdoor stage area is the place to enjoy music, a friendly conversation, and food.
The venue of the Maine YogaFest is at the East End Community School in Portland, Maine with great views over Casco Bay.
