Spring is the most beautiful time of the year in England. The heyday of nature lasts a long time—from February to June. It is in these months that the sun warms the soil and plenty of flowering of vegetation begins. The whole country literally drowns in flowers from the heaths in Yorkshire and the rhododendrons in London, the daffodils and tulips in Leeds and the spring primrose in the north of the country.
Generally, spring is a cool season. While during the day the temperature rises to +20C°, it can still snow up to mid-April. It is also rather windy, and the possibility of sudden rains is rather high.
