The climate in Paris is mild and moderately wet. The weather is characterized by the passage of Atlantic depressions. September still offers beautiful sunny days and fresh chilly nights. However the weather gets more and more unstable. Surprisingly warm or cool days can occur frequently.

October sees a gradual increase of cloudy and rainy weather. The temperature drops sharply at the end of the month. Days get more and more dark and gloomy.

The number of rainy days gradually increases from 9 in September to 15 in November. During this month it also gets very windy. Chilly wind keeps blowing in Paris through the entire cold time of the year.
