Parade of Homes 2025 in Utah

Parade of Homes provides an amazing opportunity to see new home designs and innovations in construction by some of the prominent developers, remodelers, and builders of the country. The latest products for your home and other related services inside parade home garages will be displayed at the exhibit. Parade of Homes takes place in St. George, Utah Valley, and Salt Lake City at different times of the year.

Event Program

During this one-of-a-kind event, you'll have an excellent chance to survey the stunning homes, as well as to talk to the hosts on site, who will happily discuss your ideas or answer your questions. Consider taking the business cards of the interior decorators, material suppliers, and subcontractors, an integral part of the Parade. There are more than thirty homes to walk through, which you can do at your own pace during the designated hours. Visitors are required to follow some rules, such as taking off their shoes when entering the home, wearing socks, and refraining from touching any surfaces or furniture inside.

If you really enjoyed the interior of some houses, you can re-enter and tour the home again. However, it's important to remember that re-entry is permitted only to two houses of your choice.

Dates

Utah offers several events of this kind throughout the year. St George area hosts the most visited Parade of Homes every February, showcasing the most outstanding house samples in Southern Utah. The 2025 edition is set to take place from February 14th until February 23rd. Another well-known spot is Utah Valley, which invites all to its Parade of Homes in June and is followed by Salt Lake City. The Salt Lake Parade of Home takes place in August.

Schedule & Hours

The St. George Parade of Homes welcomes its visitors from 10 am until 7 pm every day, except for the closing day, when the event ends at 5 pm. Both Utah Valley and Salt Lake City parades open their doors at noon and welcome visitors until 9 pm on all days, except for Sunday and Monday.

Tickets

As for admission, the price is $25 per person. After buying your ticket, you receive a special magazine containing the map, featuring all participating homes addresses. Virtual tours come as an added benefit to your ticket. Also, note that kids aged three and over must have tickets too. Remember that the Parade of Homes tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Organizers advice the parents not to bring their children, as well as refrain from visiting the Parade of Homes if you're sick. For those not able to attend, virtual parade is available online.
