Born in the mid-sized city of Lutsk, Ukraine, Nataliia didn't get to travel much as a kid but always aspired to do so, tirelessly begging her parents to go on a trip. After realizing it was a long shot, she applied for and won a scholarship allowing her to go to the United States as an exchange student. This marked the beginning of her travel journey.

After spending a year in the state of Louisiana, Nataliia went to study as a teacher in Kyiv, all the while continuing to explore Europe. She traveled to countries like Portugal, Georgia, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Turkey, the island of Cyprus, and others. In some of them, she got to stay only for a few days, but others became her home for several months, giving her a deeper perception of the local traditions, cuisine, and everyday life.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in 2022, Nataliia started paying more attention to her own culture, eventually learning that beauty can be found anywhere–especially at home. A lot of the places visited by Nataliia during this period of time are described on Rove.me in "Ukraine" and "Lviv" destinations. In the articles, she even got an opportunity to include her own photos, taken at these locations.

Although traveling abroad is not her current priority due to obvious reasons, she continues to investigate Ukraine's long forgotten regions, unveiling her love for the country's beauty, culture, and traditions.
