Winters in Argentina's capital are cloudy and cool. Temperatures drop and there are fewer people and less action on the street. But for those who are familiar with real snow and frosty winters, it will really seem quite mild. Temperatures rarely drop below zero. It snows extremely rarely and the cold waves that come from the south and last for several days are usually followed by a long period of warm weather.
