The ninth stage of the world's most famous auto race Formula 1 takes place in the small town of Silverstone (Northamptonshire County) in central England. The most famous route in Great Britain, the Silverstone Autodrome, has been hosting the Grand Prix of Formula-1 for over 50 years. The route has not changed during these years (residents of Britain, in general, are famous for their conservatism). The first Grand Prix in Great Britain was held in 1926.
After the Grand Prix in Silverstone, there is a party where you can see almost all the drivers of the race and even the winner. For a real experience, you can stay after and become an apprentice for the school racers. Maybe there is an F1 driver hidden in you!
