The highlights of Energy Week include natural yoga, barefoot walks, dance classes, mantra singing circles and meditations, healthy cooking classes, boat trips and cliff jumping, and many other entertaining pastimes. The event originally emerged in a form of conference sessions and gradually started involving participants in numerous holistic activities. Nowadays it offers over 50 activities at around 15 venues. The healthy programme is offered at the end of October for tourists to regain spiritual balance after months of non-stop partying.
