This Turkish national beverage is made of yoghurt mixed with water, a teaspoon of salt, and a few ice cubes. This cool, milky, and slightly salty beverage is a favourite summer refreshment; however, its unique taste does not appeal to some. Anyway, it is a wonderful new taste to discover, whether it suits your palate or not. The best time to try it for yourself is between April and October.
