One of the largest caffeine events in the world, the Istanbul Сoffee Festival annually makes a terrific contribution to the global coffee culture. It helps spread awareness about the beverage and get people acquainted with the nuances of coffee making. Overall, this event is so much more than just getting together for a cup of decent brew—it is about the art of coffee.
Entertainment Program
If you still think coffee events are only about making and drinking caffeine, you’re wrong—especially if we’re talking about the Istanbul Fest. The organizers invite numerous popular coffee brands and professionals, such as suppliers, manufacturers, business owners, and coffee designers, to show you the art of coffee. At the event, you’ll be able to enjoy impressive shows, workshops, and masterclasses. There will also be a concert area with live acoustic music to accompany your brew drinking experience. In addition, of course, you’ll have an opportunity to buy high-quality coffee products and brand merchandise.
Schedule & Tickets
The festival spans from 10 am until 9 pm on all days of the event. There are several ticket options, including half-day tickets and full-day tickets. Morning session tickets from 10 am until 3 pm cost 170 Turkish lira for Thursday and Friday and 190 Turkish lira for Saturday and Sunday. Passes for an evening session from 4 pm until 9 pm cost 280 Turkish lira for all days of the event. Full-day tickets cost 400 Turkish lira on Thursday and Friday and 420 Turkish lira on Saturday and Sunday.
Venue
Previously held in the city center, specifically in the outdoor Kucukciftlik Park, the festival moved to a beautiful seaside venue, Atakoy Marina. The area allows for many awesome activities, be interesting both for coffee amateurs and experts. Normally a host to numerous yacht events and gatherings, the marina will turn into a coffee heaven during the festival run in October.
