MAYA Music Festival 2020 in Thailand

MAYA is a young electronic music festival typically held in mid-February in the coastal city of Pattaya. First held in 2015, it quickly gained fame across Asia and beyond. It provided a platform for Thai art to merge with global modern music culture, drawing tens of thousands of fans. In past editions, renowned artists such as Tiësto, Don Diablo, Dash Berlin, Vicetone, DBSTF, and AN21 headlined the EDM stage.
Future Editions
MAYA Music Festival was last held in 2020 and has been postponed repeatedly since then. As of now, the organizers have not released any statements regarding the future of the festival.
Stages
The Live Stage was dedicated to Thai bands and artists, featuring notable performances by Thaitanium, Da Endorphine, Potato, Big Ass, Cocktail, and 25 Hours. One of the most remarkable features of the 2016 festival, themed around Hanuman, was a 26-meter-high stage designed as a massive monkey head, leaving a lasting impression on attendees.
As an event for adults, entry was restricted to those 18 and older, with alcohol permitted only for individuals over 20. Additional rules prohibited pets, selfie sticks, professional cameras, glow sticks, laser pointers, drugs, and weapons.
