Festival of Carols Featured in
Every year in early December, Toronto Mendelssohn Choir (TMC) presents the Festival of Carols. TMC’s joyous celebration of seasonal music pieces is held at Yorkminster Park Baptist Church. The Choir is often joined by the famous Canadian Staff Band of the Salvation Army or by the Toronto Youth Choir, or it could be star musicians like internationally famous organist David Briggs. The audience is encouraged to participate in a carol sing-along. The festival takes place for only two nights with admission starting at $35.00.
The festive program usually includes carols and other musical works that reflect the spirit of the season. Join Toronto Mendelssohn Choir to sing your favorite carols and get in the mood for the upcoming Christmas season.
