The summer season lasts from mid-June till early September. The weather is dry, warm, and pleasant, although you can meet afternoon thunderstorms from time to time. Usually they end with amazing sunsets and colorful rainbows. The alpine areas have more changable weather, and the sun can be more intense at higher elevations. Humidity level is quite low. Night are cool even during the hottest months.
