The Made in Ohio Art & Craft Festival is an annual outdoor event that is held on Labor Day weekend at the historic Hale Farm & Village in Bath Township, Summit County, Ohio, about a 30-minute drive from Cleveland. The festival features over 170 ​Ohio artisans, restaurants, food vendors, and wineries. Vendors offer jewelry, art, pottery, carving, glass art, soaps and lotions, quilts, and other hand-made crafts. This one-of-a-kind festival offers quite a variety to choose from and attracts about 14,000 attendees annually.

Festival Highlights

Beautiful Hale Farm & Village receives exhibitors and vendors from all over the state of Ohio. In addition to shopping, the guests can attend workshops and demonstrations on topics like floor cloth painting, silk or paper marbling, wool felting, pottery, glass blowing, spinning, weaving, and much more. In addition, every Hale Farm and Village home has costumed narrators explaining the history of the buildings and the area. Hale Farm & Village also offers a variety of local foods and snacks: ice cream, salads, bakery, sandwiches, coffee drinks, and kettle corn. Beer and wine are also available.

Schedule and Tickets

The Made in Ohio Art & Craft Festival runs from 10 am to 5 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. General admission is $12 for adults and $6 for children (age 3-12). Admission includes​ one-day access to the art festival and all the grounds, demonstrations, and buildings at Hale Farm & Village. Location

Hale Farm & Village is a unique living history museum run by the Western Reserve Historical Society. Spanning 90 acres, the farm boasts 34 historic buildings, gardens, and an array of farm animals: sheep, oxen, and chickens. The farm is famous for its farming and early American craft and trade demonstrations, such as glassblowing or candlemaking. It's an immersive and educational experience for the whole family!
