LA Film Festival 2018 in Los Angeles

This week-long film festival is a large premiere platform for the emerging and independent storytellers. It showcases innovative and creative vision in films, TV, and episodic works. The festival is produced by Film Independent, a non-profit art organization that promotes and supports new talent.

The program includes a diverse mix of nearly feature-length movies and eclectic shorts, mainly produced by local students, and some of the best music videos. Special events include the Filmmaker Retreat, Coffee Talks, Master Classes, the Spirit of Independence Award, Fast Track and Diversity Speaks, the Film Independent Forum, and Directors Close-Up.
