Valencia has mild Mediterranean climate, average annual temperature during the day is about 22.3°C and during the night 13.4°C. January is considered the coldest month in the year, when the temperature overpasses 20°C only rarely. Due to comparatively good weather the majority of the vegetation stays green. Most of the winter days are sunny and cloudless, but nights can be pretty chilly.
