King’s Cup Elephant Polo Featured in
The King's Cup Elephant Polo in Hua Hin is an experience not to miss since this is one of few opportunities to see polo mixing with traditions of Thailand. Elephant polo is performed on a 100 by 60 meters pitch and only six players are allowed there, three elephants per team. They play with their handlers called mahouts on top for about 7 minutes in two rounds with a break for 5 minutes.
The game is intense and full of adrenaline even though the speed of it is not the fastest.
