Botifarra in Barcelona 2023

Grilled pork sausage or botifarra is a special dish for any Catalan. It's cooked according to a traditional ancient recipe​ and really tastes delicious. It's usually cooked and served on Fat Tuesday during the winter Carnival celebrations.
