Best season to visit Fiji

Low Season

Regardless of humidity and heavy rainfalls, your Fiji adventure can still be amazing

Best time: November–April

Low Season

According to tourist visits, this is the lowest season in Fiji. The "wet season" brings high humidity, rainfalls, and even hurricanes (though they are quite rare, two to three severe cyclones every ten years). The rain comes every day as well as high humidity. The only good thing during the wet season is the discount—excellent prices for accommodations in hotels, uncrowded restaurants, and affordable aeroplane tickets. This is a great time for honeymooners or families, or for travellers with limited financial resources. But mind that the Christmas holiday period from December to January is one of the most crowded. It is considered "summer peak season."
