Spring is a great time to visit Madrid. It's sunny and warm. Fresh mountain air allows you to enjoy every breath. In March, by the evening, the air becomes frosty, but during the day, the air temperatures rise to +21°C. By the end of April, rains arrive in the Spanish capital, so be ready for showers. In the spring, Madrid is transformed; more than 40 of city parks are dressed in green. Two places that become especially lively at that time are the Retiro Park and the Plaza Mayor Square.
