The season of almond harvest is also famous for preparing a special sauce. It is called "bienmesabe" which means "tastes good to me." And the name is true, it is really a very tasty treat. It is a thick sauce, prepared from almonds and honey, flavoured with lemon peel and cinnamon. It is usually poured on taost or ice-cream, which gives a special unforgettable taste.
