During hazelnut season, Corsica offers all kinds of hazelnut products: nuts, flour, oil, soap, sweets, hazelnuts covered in chocolate—you name it! All of it is locally grown, produced by local farmers, and sold at numerous fairs on the east cost of Corsica particularly around Cervione.
