Learn more about the history of Europe while observing the royal coronation. Annually in June, Slovakia together with Austria and Hungary holds a celebration in honour and commemoration of one of the most glorious monarchs—Maria Theresa, who was crowned in Bratislava in 1741. Every year the coronation is focused on a different queen or king.
The coronation lasts for two days. You will be able to admire the beauty of royal and contemporary costumes, traditional music, dances, enjoy fighting tournaments, different shows, concerts, Coronation walks, and many other activities. There is a lot of entertainment for kids as well including different workshops, educational activities, and entertaining quizzes.
