Although you can get honey anytime from any store, Swedish honey is such a great symbol of pride that you simply must pay your respects. Typically honey is gathered in late spring and summer, depending on the variety. In Sweden there are high expectations of the national product, and so organic honey is the most natural you can get anywhere. Try the rich healthy flavour and store it until the cold winter days!
