Tickets for Christmas at Liseberg Park are released in November.

During Christmas, Liseberg is beautifully illuminated with thousands of twinkling lights and features cozy fire pits throughout the park. Visitors can enjoy traditional festive treats such as hot chocolate, waffles, toffee apples, mulled wine, roasted nuts, and even purchase handcrafted items like knitted socks. The market offers a full holiday experience with entertainment, including Santa’s workshop in Lapland, carol singers, arcades, amusement rides, and festive performances.

Haga Christmas Market (November 30–December 22, 2024, Weekends)

Haga Christmas Market is a beloved and atmospheric holiday fair held in the "old town" of Gothenburg along one of its coziest streets, Haga Nygata. The market stalls and local merchants join forces to create a festive experience, offering a wide variety of crafts, designs, and Christmas delicacies. Visitors can explore the stalls to find unique souvenirs, handmade arts and crafts, as well as traditional treats. During the festive Jul season, it transforms into a traditional Christmas market, which offers a cozy and authentic holiday experience. The market is known for its carefully curated selection of high-quality Swedish design, art, and fashion, featuring handmade gifts crafted by local artisans and craftsmen. Stalls, both indoors in the grand Kronhuset building and outdoors in Kronhusgården, offer a variety of unique, handmade items. Visitors can also enjoy gourmet food stalls serving Swedish holiday delicacies, mulled wine, and other seasonal treats. Adding to the festive charm, the market hosts a popular St. Lucia parade, a traditional Swedish celebration of light, which brings a magical atmosphere to the event.

Hönö Klåva Christmas Market (November 30, 2024)
