Market Highlights

Visitors can wander through a vibrant array of market stalls, where artisans from across the globe showcase a delightful selection of handmade gifts and decorations. As they stroll along the Thames beneath a canopy of twinkling lights, guests can indulge in delectable drinks and savor mouthwatering street food from charming alpine-style chalets.

Food

Here, visitors can savor an enticing selection of street food featuring delectable Asian, Indian, and Greek cuisines. Delight in plates of truffle burgers, duck wraps, spicy chicken boxes paired with fresh-cut Cajun fries, lobster buns, and some of London's most popular hot dogs. To satisfy your sweet tooth, indulge in treats such as Dutch pancakes, churros, and chocolate-covered fruit.

Pop-ups

Alongside the market, many seasonal pop-ups are offering mulled wine and other winter drinks. Stop by Applebee's pop-up restaurant serving Cornish flavors, piping hot fish and chips, and freshly shucked oysters. The Circus Bar in front of Royal Festival Hall features warm and cozy fire pits as well as fresh-cooked street food from the open-plan kitchen.

Schedule

The event will run from November 1 to December 26, with operating hours varying throughout the week. On Sundays through Thursdays, visitors can enjoy the festivities from 11 am to 10 pm, while Fridays and Saturdays extend the hours until 11 pm. Notably, on the opening day, November 1, the event will kick off early at 5 pm and last until 11 pm. On Christmas Eve, December 24, hours will be from 11 am to 5 pm, and the event will be closed on Christmas Day, December 25. After the holiday, the celebration will resume on December 26 from 11 am to 3 pm

Entrance

The event takes place at Queen's Walk, located within the Southbank Centre. This public space is accessible to visitors all day, every day, and entry is free, requiring no tickets for admission. Note that the event operates on a cashless system, so cash payments cannot be accepted at any of the venues.
