Snowboxx is an annual festival of electronic music and snowsports that takes place every spring in the Alpine resort of Avoriaz. The festival specializes in house, techno, garage, grime, and drum & bass. It's one huge week-long party on the snowy slopes starting in the afternoon and lasting till early hours. In addition to live music and skiing, there are many other fun activities like paintball, disco dodgeball, zorb bowling, snowball fights, karaoke, and much more.
Beautiful Avoriaz Resort is located in Les Portes Du Soleil resort in the French Alps that offers the largest connected ski area in the world featuring 650 km of incredible pistes, over 200 lifts, and ten snowparks. It features a large open-air arena right near the slopes showcasing live acts, parties and lots of entertainment.
Past line-ups featured lots of big names like Fatboy Slim, Stormzy, Chase & Status, Basement Jaxx, Loyle Carner, Bicep, Grand Master Flash, 2 Many DJs, Mike Skinner, and many others.
