Dallas Greek Orthodox Church

The Greek Food Festival is usually held on the first weekend of November at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Dallas, Texas. One of the city's oldest ethnic festivals was founded in 1956. The festival attracts thousands of people tempted by fine Greek cuisine, delicious homemade pastries, wines, and, of course, Greek music and dance.

Greekfest Events and Activities

The Greek Food Festival of Dallas also offers Greek cooking workshops, wine and food tastings, Greek dance lessons, and Greek history lectures. Visit the Hellenic Culture Center to learn more about Greek heritage and the significance of ancient Greek civilization. The festival also features Holy Trinity Church Tours, the Holy Trinity Hellenic Dancers show, and dozens of vendors with crafts, souvenirs, cooking demonstrations, and arts at Agora Marketplace. The children's area offers activities like sand arts & crafts, face painting, caricature, balloon artists, and more.

Tickets

Unfortunately, online ticket sales for the Greek Food Festival ended. However, visitors are welcome to purchase tickets at the door. Also, children 10 and under have free entry.

Parking

There are several parking options available for festival guests. Valet parking is offered on the festival grounds for $25. Additionally, visitors can park at two locations across from the festival: Temple Shalom (6930 Alpha Rd) and 13701 Hillcrest Rd, both for $10. Parking at King of Glory Lutheran Church, located at 6411 Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy, Dallas, costs $5. Free Handicap parking is available at the Temple Shalom (6930 Alpha Rd.).

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at the festival with the exception of service animals
