Las Vegas Water Lantern Festival 2025

Water Lantern Festival is a floating lantern event held at Craig Ranch Park in Las Vegas. Visitors can experience the magic of thousands of lanterns illuminating the water at night. Water Lantern Festival also offers delicious food truck treats, fun music, and various activities. The festival was voted the #1 festival by USA Today and is held in dozens of cities across North America and Australia, including Miami, Austin, NYC, Perth, Washington, and Brisbane.

Festival Program

Before dusk, people can enjoy food and fun activities for the whole family. After participants receive their floating lantern kit, which includes an environmentally safe LED candle, they can start working on designing their lanterns and writing a message for a lantern to display Many people include messages of hope and love, while some lanterns commemorate passed loved ones.

Lantern launch is the highlight and the ultimate culmination of the event. Enjoy the beautiful sight of thousands of lanterns carrying people's dreams and wishes, drifting away and connecting with each other on the water. Water Lantern Festival is a memorable, family-friendly experience where thousands of people come together to create great memories! Lanterns are later retrieved, so no trace or trash is left out in nature.

Schedule

The gates to the venue open at 4:30 pm, welcoming visitors for a jam-packed program of festivities. From 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm, guests can walk around the grounds, taste delicious foods from food trucks, listen to live music, and enjoy attractions. Lantern designing kicks off at 7 pm, followed by the lantern launch from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The gates close at 8:30 pm.

Prices are due to increase closer to the event. General admission varies around $28.99-$55.99 per person, while VIP ticket costs $54.99. Date Night Special with two General Admission Tickets costs $70.99. You can also purchase a Lantern+ Universal Ticket for $25.99, which is a membership-based option.
