Mad Cow Mud Run is a popular annual event in Shepparton-Mooroopna, Victoria, that takes place every February. The hilarious fun race offers a 6K and a 9K course. There is also a special 3K course for children held the day prior. All races start and finish at Kidstown, featuring Howe Park and the Mooroopna Golf Course. The course is full of fun obstacles: lots of water, mud, and various adventures along the way. Overall, there are over 65 obstacles on the adult course.

The proceeds from the race go to Zaidee's Rainbow Foundation. It receives sponsorship funds and donations as well as profit from the Mad Cow Mud Run. The foundation helps to save lives by donating organs and tissue.
