Orlando may not be known for jaw-dropping downtown parades or Paddy-inspired green canals, but they have something better prepared for St. Patrick’s Day. The city is jam-packed with gigantic theme parks, offering many festive options for both kids and adults. Let’s explore some of them.

Walt Disney World (March 14–17, 2024)

DisneyWorld is a dream destination for people of all ages, and on St. Patrick’s Day, it turns into a real fairytale. One of the most popular spots for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in Disneyworld is Raglan Road Irish Pub, located in Disney Springs. The place is known for its St. Pat’s festivals with live Irish music, dances, and authentic food. This year, the Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival at Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant features Irish trad band Téada, Strings & Things, and Northern Crossing. Besides, you'll enjoy top Irish beers and hand-crafted cocktails, accompanied by shepherd’s pies, fresh-caught fish and chips, as well as all-time favorite ribs and burgers.

SeaWorld Orlando (March 7–10 & 14–17, 2024)

SeaWorld Park gets super fancy on St. Patrick’s Day. All shops and cafes are expected to turn green for the holiday, and their Glacier Bar will serve the “Luck of the Irish” drink—partially made with Irish whiskey. But if you’re in the mood for something sweeter, be sure to visit Edy’s Ice Cream Parlor and try their delicious green mint ice cream. St. Patrick's Day celebration at SeaWorld Orlando is a part of the Seven Seas Food Festival, offering plenty of traditional entertainment and foods from the Emerald Isle.

Universal Studios (March 17, 2024, TBA)

The Universal Studios park offers a bunch of thematic shops and restaurants, which are especially awesome to visit on St. Patrick’s Day. First, we suggest heading to Finnegan’s Bar and Grill for authentic Irish dishes, like shepherd’s pie and the traditional Guinness beef stew. Of course, you can also complement your meals with a glass of beer or Irish whiskey. After that, don’t hesitate to visit Rosie's Irish shop, which presents a variety of thematic souvenirs and Guinness merch. And if this isn't enough, go over to Pat O'Brien's Bar for some green cocktails and live piano music.

Promenade at Sunset Walk (March 17, 2024)

A great destination for all revelers is Promenade at Sunset Walk, set some 30 miles (48 km) southwest of Orlando. This outlet mall boasts St. Patrick’s Day Street Party Celebration, jam-packed with green booze and live entertainment, not to mention over 30 restaurants and specialty shops at your disposal. This year's main magnets of the party include Def Lepprechaun's performance on the Promenade Plaza Stage, Lucky Leprechauns, and also dockside dueling pianos.

Downtown Orlando (March 16–17, 2024)

After all, you can always find plenty of merriments at the very Downtown Orlando, hosting multiple pub crawls and block parties and brimming with Irish spirits and live outdoor entertainment during the festive weekend. One of the most popular gathering venues to make merry in this area must be Harp & Celt Irish Pub and Restaurant, but be sure you'll bump into a bash at every other corner.

Remember: Orlando’s thematic parks are bustling on holidays, so book your accommodation in advance and always check their official pages to stay tuned for any possible updates. But most importantly—grab your green hat and have fun!
