Stramilano offers three race options to cater to various fitness levels and preferences. The Stramilano International Half Marathon (21.097 km), designed for seasoned runners, begins at 8:30 am from Piazza Castello. For casual participants, a 10 km race starts at 9:30 am from Piazza Duomo. In comparison, a 5 km route kicks off at 10 am, also from Piazza Duomo, inviting families and beginners to join in the festive atmosphere.

The registration fees for the Stramilano races vary depending on the race and the time of registration. The fee for the Stramilano International Half Marathon (21.097 km) ranges from €35 to €50, based on when you register. For the 5 km and 10 km races, the registration fee is €18.
