Northern Virginia Christmas Market 2024

Northern Virginia Christmas Market is one of the brightest affairs, presented by Events Management Group. The holiday market, featuring arts and crafts galore, takes place annually over the full weekend in mid-November at Dulles Expo Center, Chantilly, Virginia. Thanks to its early season, the fair is celebrated as a grand opening celebration of the Christmas festivities in Northern Virginia.

Market Events & Craft Fair

The guests at the Northern Virginia Christmas Market will discover an impressive award-winning show highlighting the produce of more than 300 artisans from more than 30 states. The exhibition showcases a diverse selection of goods, from one-of-a-kind Christmas collectibles by doll and bear artists to mouth-watering homemade goodies.

Visitors can fill up their shopping bags with stained glass crafts, holiday decorations, useful knick-knacks for the house, and even antique replicas. The market also hosts a major food drive for the Capital Area Food Bank, collecting more than 85,000 pounds (38,555 kg) of food over the last decade.

Schedule & Location

The doors open at 10 am daily and close at 6 pm on Friday and Saturday and at 5 pm on Sunday. A popular venue for local events, the Dulles Expo Center is situated in the heart of Chantilly, right behind the Walmart Supercenter. The event itself takes place in the South Hall of the Chantilly Shopping Center. You can easily access the market grounds by driving in from VA-28.

Admission & Tickets

The $9 admission provides a unique opportunity to assemble exclusive gift baskets and fill up Santa's stockings for your beloved. You can purchase the tickets at the door or online and pay with cash or credit. Children under 12 can enter for free. Admission grants you access to all three days of the event. Regular patrons can receive a discount of $1.
