Silverton Christmas Market 2024 in Oregon

The Silverton Christmas Market is an annual, family-friendly holiday event held at the Oregon Garden Resort in Silverton from mid-November through New Year's Eve. As one of the most popular Christmas events in the Willamette Valley, it's a must-see before the holidays. Experience the stunning light display with thousands of twinkling LEDs illuminating the Resort's main lodge, stroll through the enchanting candy-cane tunnel, and wander along the lighted walking paths featuring over a million lights.

German Christmas Market

The Silverton Christmas Market is a delightful holiday destination that captures the essence of an authentic German Christmas market. The beautifully decorated marketplace offers a wide range of gifts from artisan vendors, including imported German nutcrackers, smokers, and ornaments. Visitors can also indulge in a variety of festive food options, such as Christkindlmarkt-style sausages, schnitzels, soft pretzels, traditional lebkuchen (gingerbread hearts), kettle corn, and bread pudding.

Events & Activities

In addition to its enchanting lighting, the Silverton Christmas Market features a heated beer garden, a diverse selection of craft and food vendors, and numerous attractions for all ages. Enjoy the festive atmosphere with activities such as photos with Santa, snowless tubing, cozy fire pits, live music, and carolers. Share your wish list with Santa, savor a brew in the Biergarten, or warm up by a fire pit. While there will be no ice skating this year, there's plenty to enjoy at this magical holiday destination.

Hours & Tickets

The Silverton Christmas Market will be closed on November 28 and December 24-25. Attendees will need to select a timed entry slot for 5 pm, 5:30 pm, 6 pm, or 7 pm. Please note that lights will no longer be placed inside The Oregon Garden. Admission is $20 for adults, $8 for children, and free for children under 5. Snowless tubing is available at $5 for two rides or $9 for four rides.

Parking

At the Silverton Christmas Market, VIP parking is available at the Oregon Garden Resort for $20. General parking is offered in The Oregon Garden parking lots for $12. Additionally, a complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from offsite parking locations.
