There are plenty of bike rentals in DC so why not spend your weekend like a local? One of the most popular is the 20-km Capital Crescent Trail that runs from Georgetown to Silver Spring. Another popular option is Rock Creek Park, where you can also stop by the National Zoo. If you want to explore further, you can ride part of the Chesapeake & Ohio Towpath—a National Park that goes along the Potomac River between Georgetown and Cumberland, Maryland.
