As Washington, DC’s longest-running neighborhood festival, Adams Morgan Day is a family-friendly celebration with live music, international food, art, and activities for all ages. The festival features parades, cultural demonstrations, music, and dances, celebrating diversity and different cultures. Planned entirely by volunteers, it welcomes residents and visitors alike to explore neighborhood businesses, artists, and service organizations along 18th Street and adjoining side streets in the Adams Morgan district.

Step into the Dance Plaza at Moonlight DC for an international journey of dance, fashion, and culture. Here, you'll experience an explosive lineup of dance groups performing and teaching basic dance moves, inviting the audience to join in the fun. If you're in the mood for music, head to Moonlight DC for "Melodies at Kalorama," hosted by DJ Qhill. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the smooth tunes from local performers. Additionally, don't miss the Soulful House Session hosted by DJ Divine, paying tribute to DJ Sam "The Man" Burns, a key figure in bringing House music to Adams Morgan.

For a deeper dive into the community's history, visit Belmont Street. The American University's Humanities Truck will showcase stories and photographs from Adams Morgan's rich history. Meanwhile, at the Belmont Stage, sponsored by the Mount Pleasant Library Friends, enjoy diverse sounds reflecting the neighborhood's spirit.
