Canyoning in Jordan 2024

The 500 m deep Wadi Mujib canyon stretches over 4 km and is a kind of oasis in Jordan which is known as a country that suffers from water scarcity. Canyoning along the turbulent river teeming with wildlife, among pink tinted sandstones, rocks, gorges, and waterfalls is really a treasured experience available only in May and June and September through November. Currently there are two trails to choose from, however the longer one may soon simply disappear due to decreasing water levels. So no time to waste! Get to it while it's still available.
