Page-Lake Powell Balloon Regatta Street Fair is one of the country's most beautiful ballooning festivals. Every first weekend of November, the event features about 50 vivid hot air balloons, floating over the impressive landscapes of Page, Arizona. You'll be carried away with the picture-perfect backdrop, made of an azure blue Lake Powell amidst the crimson hues of the Navajo sandstone and mysteriously altering colors of the Vermillion Cliffs.

Page Balloon Regatta typically opens on Thursday with an Education Day at Page schools featuring pilot check-ins. Yes, this event is not only about entertainment—it's also a great learning experience, as you can approach the crew and get some insights into how hot air balloons fly and how the pilots steer them.

The main highlight is still balloon launches at Lake Powell National Golf Course and John C. Page Memorial Park. Friday and Saturday also offer Balloon Regatta Street Fair, scheduled from the afternoon to late evening. At the fair, you can enjoy live music and treats from food vendors. Saturday is the busiest and most popular time. This day is favored for the spectacular Balloon Glow event on Lake Powell Blvd., from Vista Ave. to South Navajo.
