Kiwanis Indiana Balloon Fest is an annual ballooning fiesta that occurs in September at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds in th City of Bedford. The venue is situated 78 miles (125,5 km) southwest of Indianapolis.

Kiwanis Indiana Balloon Fest Events and Activities

The family-friendly festival offers balloon launches in the mornings and evenings, as well as the visitors' favorite Night Glow experience. Additionally, the program includes fireworks, pyrotechnic skydivers, a woodcarver, an adult egg hunt/youth egg hunt, a beer and wine garden, food vendors, Amusement Rides, Jeep Show and Shine, Touch-A-Truck, Kids Cookies & Canvas, The Dynamics Hank Ruff perform, and much more entertainment.

The gates open on Friday at 3 pm, and the grounds close at 11 pm. Saturday hours are 7 am through 11 pm, and Sunday—7 am through 6 pm. The schedule of activities is subject to change, weather dependent. The admission commonly is $20 per carload, with parking included.

The latest editions of Kiwanis Indiana Balloon Fest took place at the peak of the Halloween season in Bloomington. So, gear up for such spooktacular events like Trick-or-Treat with the Pilots.
