Location & Schedule

The festivities take place in the Ed Brabson Balloon Park and the White Sands National Park in Alamogordo, with balloon launches at 7 am on both days. Both parks are beautiful in their own way, but the White Sands Park is especially striking, with gorgeous white dunes and unique flora. The Ed Brabson Balloon Park boasts a spacious green area. If you're commuting to Alamogordo, it's located approximately 94 miles (151 km) from Ciudad Juárez in Mexico and 90 miles (145 km) from El Paso.
