DeKalb County Free Fall Fair is an annual occurrence, bringing families to Auburn, Indiana, for six days from late September to early October. The fun-filled program of events showcases livestock exhibits, horticulture, competitions, a carnival with midway rides, parades, merchants, antiques, crafts, food galore, live music, and diverse entertainment for everyone. What's more, each day of the fair has its highlights: for example, Tuesday is labeled as Merchants' Day, Thursday as Homemakers' Day, and Friday as Kid's Day.

2024 Entertainment Schedule

All entertainment at DeKalb County Fair is free. Miss DeKalb County Queen Pageant will take place on September 23 at 8 pm. The High School Choir Show will take place on September 24 at 6 pm. Conner Smith (All Gone Blues Band - opener) will perform on September 25 at 7 pm. Frank Foster (Megan Mullens with Side Piece - opener) will perform on September 26 at 7 pm. Forever Seger (Okay, Boomer) will perform on September 27 at 7 pm. Henry Lee Summer (Dane Clark - opener) will perform on September 28 at 7 pm.

Tickets

Wristbands for rides on Mondat through Thursday, from 5 pm to closing time are $25. Wristbands for Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm are $20 or from 5 pm to closing time are $30. On Saturday 11 am - closing time wristbands are $35.

Fair History

Auburn's fair tradition dates back to 1932. Since its first edition, it has become a favorite community celebration, holding the best activities typical for an old-fashioned fair. No wonder the average attendance racks up close to 150,000 visitors.
